Hello hungry peoples,
I tried out Asado Cartel at the new Niche markets in Fyshwick. All the BBQ you could dream of with brisket, pulled pork and pork burnt ends. I had to have the burnt ends because I have never had them before. It was served with crack and cheese, coleslaw, garlic potatoes and a green siracha chili sauce. Nom nom!
Served with crack? Must be a south Canberra thing.
